Pros
Employees are afforded the opportunity to learn about work and communication styles through Insights profiles.
Cons
The pay is laughable. Keep looking, even if you only need a temporary role. You can find a better opportunity through a staffing agency. The executive team is completely removed (or flat out ignores) the needs of the lower team members. CRG believes their turn over issues are related to high standards set for employees, not their terrible compensation, benefits or toxic work environment. The company likes to boast that it supports women, but creates few opportunities for junior employees while paying them little to nothing. As a woman, I felt more demoralized and under valued working for this company than I have for any other business. "Feedback," culture is smothering, favoritism runs rampant here.
