Pros
Some of the people are great. Healthcare gets paid in full.
Cons
Major issues with the software get reported and then ignored, because management will blame the dealer for their lack of intelligence or general misuse of the software. Dealers should expect to pay their invoice on the date due, or a message will appear on the screen of every user announcing that their account is overdue and could be shut off due to non payment. Most employees are kept in the dark on things, like who their customers are, and their is a very consistent lack of communication between teams. Payroll is almost always late - maybe by a day or so - and it’s never the company’s fault, it’s always blamed on the payroll company being used. The CEO is completely unpredictable and pivots in any direction without any warning. Company issued credit cards change, then don’t work when you try to use them. Software releases can never be planned, and the CEO is inappropriate in staff meetings, announcing that a certain individual has COVID and couldn’t come to work, or calling the sales team a bunch of zeros for lack of production. All of this should be taken with a grain of salt though, because the CEO is supposedly *so intelligent* that he doesn’t have any social grace, and none of this can be helped, so you’re expected to deal with it. Promises made never materialize, especially when it comes to pay or bonuses, and you’re given excuses as to why you no longer deserve it. Sadly you’ll be told that none of the things I’ve written are true, but all of them are. It’s this lack of regard for feedback from either dealers or employees that will ultimately prevent this company from experiencing real growth.
