Pros

I really can't think of anything

Cons

No training, count on only yourself to learn the software. No protected territory, will take a lead right out from under you even after you have approached the client. Sexist, homophobic, racist work environment. It's a big ole boys club where you have to suck up to the owner and become his drinking buddy. So VERY UNORGANIZED! No structure. Loan Sharking. They care more about building a portfolio for credit card processing than they do about the POS Platform.

Pros

Could be a great company, IF THEY ACTUALLY FULFILLED THEIR EMPLOYMENT AD POSTING. Glad I am out! Not a disgruntled exemployee, BUT a relieved exemployee glad that I don't have to deal with it. Good Luck to anyone who ventures in.

Cons

HOUSTON office does training, incomplete and waterered down sales styles, gimmicky procedures to try to get customers, Austin office in charge of San Antonio area, supposed to finish training and give back up support. That will not happen. Overall co expects reps to go out and get clients for their products without proper paper work to close deal. Company ethics and morals are in a state of NON EXISTENCE.. NOW All they have to do is really pay out the money that they bait out on the job ad to get people to come work for them. PLUS the company should actually embrace technology since that is 100% of the product offerings. It is difficult to embrace the job and company and make it as your own when the upper level hates technology but likes to count the dollars. Especially if they can keep and count yours by not paying you!!!
