Awful leadership in Holland who have no interest in training or developing their staff. Below minimum wage salaries far below the industry average that is topped up by commission when it is earned. Company cars are non existent for a travelling sales job and you’re expected to use your own car for a high mileage job essentially ruining your car so they don’t have the added cost of a fleet. Make you track your mileage with an app and monitor where you are with the locations.
