1. lack of efficiency after multiple reorganization.

- IT system upgrade took 10 years or so, business model is a dinosaur,
- insignificant steps/partnership requirements for sale process.
- work and project is not interesting . Most of projects are maintaining old blocks , instead of creating new value for the company
3. Employee growth opportunity are limited, management team is not open minded. Top performers are left the company. No attraction for young talents in the market ( got 8+ offer rejection in past 3 years)
