I hesitated to leve a review even though while I worked at CSAA they constantly begged us to add a review. I couldn't believe CSAAs responses to some of the most recent reviews and thats what made me want to leave my experience for others.... Nearly everyone from the CEO down to managers are con-artists and the play favorites. If you don't get involved in their quid pro quo internal poliitics then you end up on the chopping block. In my role my team was responsible for logging, monitoring, and responding to threats. I identified some serious issues and pointed them out to leadership which is what led to my termination. Just like the recent review CSAA will respond with AI generated nonsense. They never address issues and they couldnt care less about their employees. The company is fake and I dont understand how they bring in revenue unless insurance is just a front. The leadership is unethical and I wish I could unsee some of the things I had to see while I worked there. Nothing will ever bring me closure from what I endured at csaa. Im surprised they havent been investigated for fraud to be honest. If youre looking for a job here youd be far better off looking at the other insurance companies in the area or something else entirely. Id take anything over that place. Youll be gaslit until you loose your mind. Your manager will never show up and then blame you for their failures If you value your mental health stay away from csaa. There ethics complaint phone line really is a black hole and they always use your report against you. If you want an example of how little they care just read their AI generated response to this or any other reviews. "We take things so seriously and our culture is so important" blah blah blah. they hate you.
