- Spend a few weeks here and it becomes painfully clear that working for this organization is a deeply unhealthy experience.
- Employees are handed so called responsibility. It may sound empowering at first glance, but it is not.
- This is simply a tactic from top leadership to avoid accountability.
- Autonomy is praised only to excuse the absence of real support, leaving you isolated with no guidance and quick to be blamed for mistakes.
- HR is ineffective and exists to conceal failures, and even on Glassdoor misleading narratives appear to cover leadership mistakes.
