Pros
Culture: Wonderful coworkers, senior leadership seems to really care about the employees, strong commitment to creating and sustaining a positive culture for everybody. Good benefits and flexible work hours. Unlimited vacation is great and overall you're allowed to use it. Technology Depending on product group the technologies in use are cutting edge and there is lot of opportunity to keep your skills up to date. There is a wide breadth of talent in the organization.
Cons
There isn't a clear product or technology strategy. Each product goes it's own way which leads to technology fragmentation and insane workloads for most teams. It seems like the product managers and developers are both just throwing every new thing at the wall to see what sticks but moving to the next shiny before determining if the last thing worked. The company is beginning to shift it's workforce to India. This is common but it seems they are going to take it too far so there is likely to be a pain point in the next year or two as the company feels the impact and starts to pull some development and operations back to the US.
