In my business unit and I'm surrounded by smart, dedicated driven people which have created a pretty great culture.

The company is being bought so there a lot of uncertainty. And there are a lot of things frozen because of that so it's a little frustrating right now.

CSG's flexible first work from home policy has been an incredible benefit that supports me as a parent. Over my 8 years I have felt valued and like the companies cares about my well-being.

Lack of support through major organizational overhauls multiple years in a row eroded culture, and it doesn't seem like we've recovered still.
