Great experience in CRM, time building, ADM, IFR, and weather. The crews are fun to work with and management has good communication and works with us. Regular safety meetings, crew housing available for commuters like myself, and a nice fleet of King Airs. Although schedule is short term, there’s long term flexibility with our management and they work well to make preferred time off requests happen.

A lot of variability in both aircraft and avionics requiring a lot of adaptability and flexibility, can cause confusion and risks. Schedule is only 1 month in advance (see pros for a benefit)
