Intalere Influence is making our company culture change. I prefer old CSI when Suzette was our only fearless leader in charge . Intalere interference recently is troubling and their mgmt team has no clue how to help us grow and not delivering what I hoped for. Intalere HR is horrible. Julius is a bully. Can we take the company back?

Unfortunately leadership integrity was lacking. This was a small sole proprietorship that owes its success to being in the right place at the right time but their model was unsustainable and pressures of scaling/along with founder cashout resulted in a not so pleasant place to work.
