Pros

Great experience of a laboratory, instruments, process. Everyone is supportive if you have a learning attitude, learn great and keep calm specially. You have to be good in studies, if you r not good in reading, don't go there.

Cons

Great exposure in stress too. if you r a newbie everything will be overwhelming whether its making media, laminar flow, deadline of autoclave. And typically, stress comes from Ph.d Scholar, because they are seriously in enormous pressure of submission deadlines, reports, supervisors, and you r their trainee which is why stress comes to you too. Ph.D. scholars do not treat RA at best. There you can see monopoly in Ph.d scholars towards RA

Pros

An individual can learn and perform an experiment independently under the supervision of the scientist. It provides hands on training on equipments like centrifuge, PCR , RT-PCR.

Cons

Need upgraded equipment for better experimental use.
