Pros
-A lot of very nice people work there, but sadly the best relationships are formed when commiserating about the bad working conditions. -If you're not on accounts that require travel, work/life balance is fine.
Cons
-It's ironic that the culture LeadDog prides itself on is actually one of the biggest cons - and opposite from what they claim it is. Employees don't trust one another which trickles down from a CEO who trusts and empowers no one. -Ideas are not valued unless they come from the CEO himself or from someone in his inner circle, which can change on a dime. -HR policies and compensation/bonus are completely arbitrary. There is no company structure so if you do get a performance review, it's not done by an actual manager. And the CEO who hasn't actually worked closely with you will decide what percentage you deserve for a bonus or raise.
