Great location and tremendous company to kickstart your career

Unpaid internship while working 45hr weeks

People are great to work with, creative and overall young staff, casual and comfortable work environment (with dogs!), nice new office, fun activities and team building events, A LOT of work and event experience in a short amount of time, get your hands dirty and learn a lot, take on a lot of responsibility and roles and learn a lot, work with a lot of different and large clients, able to work in different industries i.e. via clients, programs, types of events, etc.

Long hours and weekends and very exhausting and easy to get lost in work; Lower level staff take on a lot of work and responsibility, however, they rarely get credit or praise for it; Compensation is very poor and low and it's hard to cover costs of living in NYC/tri-state area; Don't always feel respected or appreciated for work
