They watch you on the camera's all day and night to make sure your not doing something wrong. *There is little to no training. *Ungrateful to those who have been here for decades. *No teamwork or collaboration. *Us against them mentality *Very young managers - as one employee put it "they have width (as in their education) but no depth (as in lived and life experience); which is invaluable in any scenario in life, especially the social services.
