      Pros

      Good Work Life balance, free good lunch(veg) ,snacks, tea/coffee. Insurance 10Lakhs for self/family (not parents). Good to work if you really want a peace in life with no productive thoughts.

      Cons

      They try to hire from top tire colleges, but it is highly underpaid. No growth. It is not for hungry minds. The skills that you acquire here is basically very frugal in terms of growth or next switchover. The research work that is done here is not at par with the top-notch institutions. If you have no option join here. It's good for the people who did Environment, climate etc.

      Pros

      CSTEP is a wonderful organization. They are highly motivated to bring an impact in this world and are delivering every promise they have made. They encourage continuous learning, new ideas, exploring new ventures. Managers are amicable and whole environment is stimulating. Food is free, simple, tasty and hygienic.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any. Seriously, I cannot.

      Pros

      Extremely liberal environment with an opportunity to work with great scientists in niche domains like urban planning, transportation, emergency management, climate change, wind and solar power, etc. Affluent possibilities of writing research papers, journal articles, conference proceedings and even attending great conferences.

      Cons

      Lack of mentorship for software developers. A stronghold with rich industry experience is something you would yearn for.
