      Pretty good pay, retirement pension, good medical benefits, tuiton reimbursement

      Cons

      Difficult to advance without clique membership, very inflexible system of rules, not much consideration given to a good work history

      - everything is changing quickly with upper leadership and budget cuts leaving departments strained

      Pros

      Fair minded and supportive management. Not directly involved in RR management, so did not have the same hours or demands as many do.

      Cons

      None really--large publicly held company. Working on a contract basis, so can't speak to benefits.
