Good vision, lacking culture. - Director CSX Employee Review

Culture from the top down is very stodgy. Leadership that has authority to make decisions is not progressive enough to retain good talent. Classifies all positions in a similar way but some leaders have dozens of direct reports while others have one. Comp and benefits used to be top notch but have definitely started lacking in recent years and are not competitive for some jobs.
