Where to start? Everything is about presentation. People complain of budget cuts but most ppl take 2 hour lunches and innumerable breaks. One of the administration officers is off all the time but is excellent at brown nosing. Promoted despite sheer incompetence. Anyone who blows a whistle can find themselves being denied transparency and most ppl are scared of the leaders. The SAP implementation is neither consultative nor successful but keeps getting held up as some emblem of knighthood - in this place you can get away with nearly everything as long as you play the game. UN? Disappointment.
