      Exposure to various bioinformatics tools and pipelines. Very friendly environment to work.

      Cons

      Inter disciplinary work is limited. Can implement a server for faster processing.

      Friendly and enthusiastic colleagues, Super location, Lot of opportunities.

      Power failures, No facility for liquid nitrogen (have to go all the way to ISRO!)
