Some great people at ground level, and with the right leadership, organization and support, they could 10x the company's success.
Cons
Disorganized with poor communication. Takes micro-management to a new level. Senior management priorities are misplaced with focus on minor issues and meaningless reports, wearing down lower management who struggle not to pass it on. Bad deals are made to gain/retain customers, causing cash and profit to suffer and putting more pressure on lower management and production teams to try and polish what they've been handed. IT systems seriously lack attention, are outdated and used badly. Many needs are answered by spreadsheets, with no appreciation of how the money 'saved' on proper systems is more than spent on lost productivity.
