Pros

Working from your home country. Hybrid work.

Cons

Let me get started Being a senior engineer, Hiring: They bring you at a low level even though you have all the skills, and experience necessary for the job duties. They bring you at low level, as they will pay less for your skills and experience and exploit your skills. Initially, a new employee performs, old employees how are laid back and don't want to learn new technology, if they see you perform and do a good job, they will play politics, as their job is at risk, they make you corner and make you even worse. TERRIBLE, Layoffs: They have lay offs every year, each year fourth quarter, they have budget meetings, they hire and fire people, in month of December, if your H1B or on visa and got laid off in holiday season (job market is slow) where 60 days grace period starts , you need to leave the country, don’t risk your status. They don’t even give you notice. They just terminate your employment. _/\_CTDI People on visa will not work out if you join this company. People who don’t have visa huddle, it’s just another job and can take their own time. Benefits: paid vacation is 5 days, sick vacation 5 days, that’s it you’re done, if you be long years , vacation days increases. Terrible health insurance, employee has their visa and their spouse is dependent , your health insurance will not cover, you need to pay out of pocket. Terrible benefits , they will exploit you The company is owned by the family, they will have their own politics, playing around. they don't agree with each other in meetings, what a pity. all the top positions are filled by the family. if you want to get to that position, spend 20-25 years in that company, good luck climbing the ladder. They do sponsor, I140 process they exploit you and then they will decide whether to start I140 or not. Home Country Travel: They support working from offshore, but if your performance is less, you are fired. watch out. Don't go long, even if you have visa stamping dates not available, or family issues, they don't care. Being a FTE employee, we should support PROD issues in off hours which is fine, but when you get sick, or planning to work from your home country, you're expected to work the same, they make you keep on working a lot, with no planning at all. The software which is built is not automated, its all manual data change, manual software job, directors and upper management just think about the job being done rather than they don't think long term, management commits to customers those asks their team if this is achievable, just they need to achieve the revenue part. company is repair shop, process followed on the floor is different from the management what they are understanding. They are just confusing people on business requirements. POLITICS : Warning: management makes mistakes and push to low-level employees and makes them fire, they corner, bind sided from the meeting, and make them fire eventually. If the employee has the experience and handles the situation, may be fine, but they don't let things know. if employee know and opposes the situation, you're done, FIRED. if you’re joining the company, just shake your head and tell yes to your boss and do your job. don’t make any suggestions at all. Just climb the ladder even if you don’t like, watch out on your work. If your skilled and experience, don’t join this company, they are many companies pay you more, I made bad decision joining this company.

Pros

Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

Cons

The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
