      Nothing at all. Maybe the $17 an hour pay I guess.

      Cons

      You work with mentally disabled people and the management are a bunch of morons that are under qualified for these higher positions. Don’t work here.

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
