A lot of internal changes happened within the past year for the better. The company is willing to adapt and has great potential for different areas of growth. Once something is voiced, then it does get noticed and taken into account. Very flexible on hours and taking time off whether for family or personal. Further education within the company is always strongly recommended in the field and the work reflects the pay. The drive time policy and mileage reimbursement has been updated and adapted for the better recently.
Easy-going environment with co-workers.

Sometimes if things aren't spoken, then they do get unnoticed - which can be understandable as not everyone understands everything.

• Timecards were consistently incorrect (Missing money)
•Management will try to pay you the bare minimum for your work
•The driving policy is terrible. They don’t pay for full CA mileage rate. Lose your first and last hour of driving time (Hopefully you don’t drive a couple of hours away for a 30 minute job).
• They don’t pay employees their true worth to keep them around

We're glad you appreciate the training and certification program that we offer. We're proud of the work we've put through that program and the many successful candidates that have received ICC, ACI, and AWS certifications.
We've updated our drive policy to reflect that of our union counterparts. We also made improvements to our payroll systems that include more opportunities for communication with employees to ensure that every entry accurately reflects time worked.
Thanks for the advice to our management and we hope the improvements we're continuing to make will address your concerns.
