Pros
Everyone in the company treats each other with a great deal of respect - Product Management, Support, Delivery, and Sales all work hard to build collaborative partnerships with their customers. Every customer is visited and called upon to receive product feedback and help CTERA build a better product. It's exciting to see how quickly CTERA integrates requests and customer feedback into the product; it makes me feel like a valuable member of a family / team.
Cons
The only con I see is the geographical separation of some of the more technical folks from the North America team. One must learn to make time zone adjustments - but management already began implementing long term strategies and changes to resolve this minor issue.
