Upper management fails to keep employees - Repair Technician CTL Aerospace Employee Review

Small family company thats been around forever. It really takes care of its employees! Just last month a employee had a personal family tradgety and the company's employees and management came together for the employee to take care of him and his kids. I've never seen this happen before at places Ive worked. Everyone reacted so quickly and graciously. The love and support came all across the board all the way to the top. Unbelieveably supportive! I see the company and employees taking care of each other in someway or another everyday. Love it They have donuts every Friday morning which is nice

Not a big company with a lot of money to throw around but the family side of things with employees is really nice. Another con I suppose is it seems like they give employees to many chances to stay employeed.

Amazing cross section of sophisticated and very cool products with many being sole source.

Supply chain quality and supply chain product availability and too many mature products in the mix.
