Long hours, not enough appreciation, isolation sometimes due to remote working

Great company initiatives and culture, really good salary, team meet ups expenses paid and a one company mentality toward problems, I feel valued and listened too no matter the level of employee I engage with,

sometimes fully remote model can mean you become a little bit lonely, and as with all rapidly growing companies theres a few things they're still trying to figure out in terms of policies but that being said they are so understanding at the same time
