1- Management and Client Relations: The company faced difficulties in maintaining positive client relationships, leading to unfortunate layoffs. Strengthening the management's approach to client interaction could enhance the overall stability of the organization.
2- Lack of Support: Despite consistently receiving positive feedback for my contributions throughout my tenure, there was a notable lack of support when issues arose with clients. The sudden layoff without prior communication left me confused. During the layoff process, the management's behavior abruptly shifted from positive feedback to blame. Access to my computer was promptly restricted. A more communicative and supportive approach during challenging times would greatly benefit employees and the overall work environment.
I encountered a significant personal challenge when I was let go during my pregnancy. This situation was disheartening and impacted my perception of the company's commitment to employee well-being.
3- Toxic Work Environment: The company culture inadvertently fostered a gossip-driven and toxic work environment. I think this issue should be addressed to improve the overall workplace atmosphere.
