      Pros

      I had the pleasure of working for this great firm for nearly 10-years. Fantastic management, methodology and technical systems.

      Cons

      Many Consultants jumped ship when the going got tough. If they had stuck with the Firm to see the tough times through, there could've been a different outcome.

      Pros

      The company and its owner provide a very safe workplace with all efforts in finding the perfect fit for each employee and take care of employees during difficult times.

      Cons

      None I can think of at this time.

      Pros

      Excellent compensation. A high base salary for a search firm and competitive commission structure.

      Cons

      Limited feedback and mentorship. Room for financial growth but not professional evolution. People don't seem to get reviewed accurately and bad performance is not handled at all.
