This company follows a dictatorship policy. The CEO can only think of how to exploit people. That's why they only hire fresh graduates who doesn't know about the job market. Doesn't pay their employees properly. And when the employees leave after not getting their money, the company hires some more recent graduates to pick up on their work. This way, they are slowly progressing their software development project. Apart from that, there's been several reported instances of the company scamming their clients and not providing customer support on time in order to delay the solution past the contract duration. This is done so that they can force their clients to extend their contract.
