The working atmosphere is very pleasant and professionnal at the same time. The team is great and very commited. I really enjoy working in a multinational team and under experienced project managers. The work is very diversified.

Working hours could be more flexible.

I really can't think of anything, maybe except for the free coffee and the fact that you get paid. Sometimes on time.

This company has no structure - nobody knows who owns it, who is responible for what, etc. Nobody cares about anything, there is ZERO planning, ZERO communication between the so called "management" and the teams, its the pure chaos. They only relay on one big client. Never in my life have I seen such a bad managed company, their employees are only there to make some money and quit as soon they got something else. Crazy fluctuation, people coming and going on weekly basis. Very bad work atmosphere as nobody likes to work there. On various ocasions there were issues with salary, they lie to people and pay them after several emails and complains after over a week. Career opportunites are sround ZERO. No benefits at all. No socializing etc.
