4yAll employees enter and sign an employee contract that has high detail and understanding of both salary and career pathing within the organization. In addition to the monthly mentoring and coaching sessions each employee is made aware of their successes, failures, and opportunities for their own growth journey. The employee handbook and internal employee navigator also assists in championing the employee/employer relationship.
Unfortunately, we can not want more for an employee than they are willing to give themselves. The employee must also give their highest and best work, consistently show up for their shifts, and have as much invested as Prodigy has invested in them in order to be successful.
