      Great opportunity for young professionals to gain hands on experience in the science and/or agricultural field. Great work/life balance for hourly employees.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, decision making, and ethics by owner which causes unnecessary discontent and added stress on leadership positions within the company.

      - Good people to work with. - Tasks are relatively easy to learn. -Do not need a science background to succeed here. - Easier to advance if you have a science background/degree. - family oriented.

      Cons

      -Could be less gossip among co-workers. -Still needs to work on quality assurance some more. But have seen improvements.
