Pros
A culture of do right by us and we will do right by you was practiced daily at Clear Vision. This built a true teamwork environment that fostered a collaborative and cooperative nature with all of the employees. Unfortunately the company was acquired and this spirit is not shared by the new company.
Cons
That the company was acquired by a company that is only interested in the bottom line and not the people involved in getting there.
