Hello. We appreciate your feedback and are sincerely sorry that you had that experience while at CW Bearing. We have replaced some of our management team since August 2023, including a new VP/GM of the operation. There is an entirely new culture building here at CW. Also, we have almost completed the launch for the product you were working on (there were definitely some long hours/weeks during this time), which has created a better work-life balance for everyone.
