The staff was very welcoming and willing to show me the ropes. Had I stayed longer I'm sure their mentoring would have provided a solid foundation on which to build a career. Provided exposure to different aspects of investment banking from market research to client interactions.

Very minor issue: low intern pay. However, the knowledge gained outweighs this point. Client interaction is limited if doing a short internship, but staff is willing to provide opportunities if asked.
