Pros
It is very unfortunate that people who didn’t make the cut can post negative reviews without their claims being verified at all. First off, CW Ground FX pays well above minimum wage. They also pay every stat holidays(even ones that aren’t required). They have great quality equipment (except litter pickers, which most companies don’t even offer pickers to their employees). Safety equipment is provided including safety glasses and ear protection, they only thing we have to buy is safety shoes. (They even provide gloves). Management does nice things often like bringing pizza or coffee to a job site and giving Christmas presents. They also have a summer party to show appreciation for our hard work. Standby wage is paid in addition to hourly wages in the winter which is more than most companies offer. Bonuses are paid for no complaints in the winter and have been given to deserving employees. It is really irritating that people can go around posting bad stuff that isn’t substantiated.
