Pros
Some good people in the team. Attending the events can be fun (especially if there's good food).
Cons
Unbearably controlling owner. Extremely questionable - unethical - business and sales practices. I was put in the position of pretty much being asked to lie to prospective/existing customers about the our own organisation. I understand there's a concept of fake it 'till you make it, but this was blatant misrepresentation and I was very uncomfortable. Although not directed towards myself, I personally saw the owner be verbally abusive towards multiple staff on multiple occasions.
