      Not many pros to be honest. The other staff were lovely, but they have all quit too

      The ceo / founder is evil! He may be a great sales man but doesn’t know how to run a company. I quit and so did many others because of him

      Pros

      Flexible working arrangement but I cannot think of anything else

      Cons

      Terrible management with quick staff turnovers, usually not exceeding 5-6 months. False promises made on commissions which are unpaid. Company name and website change several times makes the business model questionable. Due to terrible leadership, cross functional collaboration is nearly impossible for good results. Allegations of racism.
