Pros
Decent pay depending on your experience
Cons
Very low trust environment with questionable leadership. My manager straight up admitted he was less qualified for the job than I was and had far less experience in software engineering. I worked for nearly a year on a large project that he said was too complicated for him. I finished that project, AND was brought in to resolve issues in his and my coworker's projects. Once everything was completed and ready for production, I was suddenly fired for "low performance." I was not given a warning, a probationary period, or even a review. I did all his work so he could fire me in the end and take all the credit. Access was immediately cut to my computer, HR refused to cooperate or give me a final meeting. I reached out to HR through LinkedIn and email and they've repeatedly ghosted me, refusing to explain themselves nor offering any severance. You will also be pressured and punished for using your personal days or vacation time. When my wife and I were struggling and at risk of getting a divorce, I took 2 personal days to deal with my life. My manager later told me he was "disappointed" in me for using my personal days when he needed me (to do his work for him.) These people are not just incompetent, they are completely evil. I highly advise against working for this company.
