Pathetic company | Extremely unprofessional - Senior Software Engineer CYFUTURE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED Employee Review

Salary is not on time. this company is bag full of lies half of their claims are false like being CMMI 5 certified they are not even CMMI level 3. Office is not so good and i dont think they have enough budget to spend on good housekeeping. The MD is so unprofessional and workless that he can ping/call anyone at anytime on anyday. MD has zero sense of professionalism he will expect you to respond to him on a sunday even at 4am you are expected to work as per his timelines not as per your working hours. People enter office at 9 am and if you leave before 9pm they will find reasons to fire you even if you are the top performer. AND they never pay the variable.
