Pros
Some truely unique technologies and a long and successful background in OEM technologies. Fantastic EMEA team, great office atmosphere and leadership. No politics in region. Great Flexibility with home working, etc. Feedback is accepted to all areas of the business, recent new leadership is helping focus company direction
Cons
Company is in transistion from OEM technologies to Enterprise cloud products and there are challenges making the transistion technically. Too many products/technologies are in support, offering need to be rationalized - this process has increased focus under new leadership.
