      I really enjoyed the people I worked with while working there. They are all intelligent and know what they are doing. The working hours are also pretty good.

      Cons

      Management of the company needs some improvement. There is not clear goals and projects arnt managed the best. Also they dont seem to monetarily have management down

      Pros

      Great mission to create Energy Storage products and services for the Telecom market

      Cons

      Bad leadership, constantly changing priorities and treating everything with urgency. Managed by fear. CEO is rude, micromanages everything and uses curt language, often dropping the F word. Products are very unreliable, plagued with design issues due to high turnover and lack of continuity. Quick bandaids are used to address field issues.
