      They micro manage and make you feel like an idiot. Revolving door, don’t expect to make it a career or to even last past 6 months.

      Several opportunities to advance and learn. Modern ambulances and state of the art equipment. Pay is relatively higher than surrounding counties.

      Cons

      Can be kinda cliquey and at times felt targeting. Promotion process needs to be fixed.
