Employee Discount; Bonus paid every year, even after going public in 2004; Casual clothing OK; Headquarters in a small town, which is good for raising children. IT department adopts new technology. Some training opportunities.
Cons
Post "gone public" culture becoming more soul-less, pushing employees harder and harder, leading to very poor work-life balance. Irrational planning, IT project quality measured almost exclusively against arbitrary deadlines. Zero real learning from past problems.
