Pros

In all honesty I am struggling to think of one, I would probably say the pay is average

Cons

Where do I start, towards the end of my time with Cabot (I worked there for 4 years), it became a very toxic environment, in the ops world you will be micromanaged and penalised if you take longer than 3 minutes in the toilet, in the management world you will meet some of the most poisonous inappropriate, unprofessional individuals there are. Working closely and alongside this team I’ve witnessed the way they talk about the customer consultants, plan ways to dismiss them or take them to hearings unfairly because “they are hard work, or annoying, take too long to train” they will get rid of people because it’s too much of a drain on their time to upskill them and coach them and do their job as quite frankly they would rather sit around talking and judging people all day. If you can get away from the corrupt operational world I would recommend it however it’s not much better in any other department. No point whatsoever I’m going for an interview unless your “next in line” or your face fits as to Cabot these are just tick box exercises rather than a fair process. Cabot have lost a lot of good people over the last 2 years but to be honest the management and senior management team are like the blind leading the blind so I wouldn’t be suprised. If you want my best advice, look elsewhere, best decision I made was to get out of there.

Pros

Not too fast paced but still varied and dynamic, and fulfilling when nurturing meaningful relationships with customers to support with their finances

Cons

Could feel repetitive to some
