You're encouraged to call the student before teaching begins and Cactus covers the cost of a textbook. I especially liked that teachers are fully compensated for the cost of lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, it's rare for companies to show TEFL teachers that level of respect. You fill in a summary after each lesson, including materials used, which makes it easy to keep track of your progress. Invoices are completed online and easy to track. Staff are responsive and professional.
