The pros are being a part of a team that is ever growing. We have had the opportunity to build the caddie program from the ground up and that makes me really proud. The opportunities beyond my current position are exciting too. Caddiemaster is run in a professional way and the fact that the company is expanding is a massive pull. I really enjoy representing Caddiemaster.
Cons
The cons are that the work/life balance is sometimes a little stressful. There could be better structure in terms of the shift schedule. Given our roles, a shift is typically 11-12 hours, 6 days a week which is tough.

That is a lot of work!! Please contact your Director to work out a better solution. We got into this job to have fun.
Love how I can continue working for the company no matter where I move. I’ve been with some amazing courses through CADDIEMASTER. They also will bump you up to a minimum if in a very rare case a group totally stiffs you. I’ve only had this happen once but it was an easy process to talk to the head caddy master and he helped me and took care of it.
Cons
I guess you could say sometimes the unpredictable nature of outdoor sports and hospitality industry. Weather and cancelations can affect things as well as an unknown pay although pay has not been an issue.
