Pros
Everyone that caduceus has hired are amazing individuals who make work enjoyable when things go awry. The company is very patient oriented and does their best to accommodate patients. They offer same day walk-ins 7 days a week, so there is always an option for emergency situations.
Cons
High turnaround of medical providers which is problematic for scheduled patients. This causes lots of upset patients when they come in for scheduled appointments and then being told they need to reschedule or use the urgent care. Also, sometimes it’s hard to reach a manager for urgent matters and when one is located, they do not want to speak with patients directly..
