      Good pay and benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Management is AWFUL. they will do anything they can to fire you and make sure you don’t get unemployment benefits afterward. Also the EDR is terrible. They say they care about TMs, but it’s very clear they don’t.

      Continously changes and updates info it kept the day interesting. Great pay with commission and benefits.

      Cons

      No complaints. I liked working at this Call Center.
